Ciaran Healy

Ciaran Healy brings over 20 years of experience as a corporate and commercial lawyer, having served at leading international law firms and global organisations across multiple jurisdictions. His unique combination of top-tier law firm expertise and senior in-house leadership positions him to deliver strategic legal counsel that truly understands business realities.

As General Counsel at a family office with diverse investments spanning Europe, Africa, and the Middle East, Ciaran provides strategic counsel on complex cross-border investments, M&A transactions, and corporate governance across real estate, technology, and telecommunications portfolios.

During his tenure as General Counsel and Head of Corporate Legal at CDB Aviation, a global Top 10 aircraft leasing company, he sat on the leadership team and served as director and compliance officer. He successfully managed all legal and compliance matters outside of day-to-day transactions, including corporate transactions, new aircraft orders with Airbus and Boeing, commercial projects, key litigation, and international regulatory matters while leading a team of eight lawyers.

As a former Corporate Partner at Matheson and Mason Hayes & Curran, one of Ireland’s top law firms, Ciaran was a key member of the M&A Group and served on several key firm leadership committees. His extensive transaction experience includes representing
major clients on deals worth hundreds of millions, from Activision Blizzard’s $5.9 billion acquisition of King Digital Entertainment to complex cross-border restructurings for global companies like S&P Global and Genesys.

Ciaran’s academic credentials include an MBA from Warwick University, an LLM in Commercial Law with Distinction from University College Dublin, and a First-Class Honours Bachelor of Business and Legal Studies.

He is qualified as a solicitor in both Ireland and England & Wales and is a Certified GDPR Practitioner.

His unique perspective combines the strategic thinking of a senior in-house counsel with the technical excellence of a top-tier law firm partner, enabling him to provide practical, commercially-focused legal solutions that drive business success.
